Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns are only valid within 24 hours of receipt of delivery of the item. We do not offer returns on furniture that is picked up by the customer. The item MUST be in the same condition as it was when it was delivered. If the item returned is in perfect condition, a company check will be issued or refunded as the same method of payment via card. If the item is damaged in any way, we will not accept the return. In certain cases, a return fee of 20% of the item's original cost will be charges on manager authorized returns or exchanges. 

If you require us to pick up the item a $25 service fee will be applied. 

Exchange value amounts are based off of the end price paid after any discounts. 

Cancellation or changes made to special orders will be issued a store credit. Store credits are only valid for 1 year. 

Items not eligible for returns or exchanges:

Bargain Center items, mattress and foundations out of plastic, pillows out of the packaging, protection plans and jewelry. 



For items that are shipped we offer returns within 1 week of receipt of the item. Please email us to file a return claim. You will be charged shipping plus any applicable fees if the item is returned damaged.  Same items listed under not eligible for returns also apply on website orders.
